Stars of The Night, czy The Stars of The Night?
If you mean to write about those who star in a specific gala (concert or show, or a series of such occasions), then definitely “The Stars of the Night.”
“Stars of the Night” would be a mere generality: it could be about whatever and wherever happens after the sun sets, i.e. about nightlife in general: about red-light establishments and (at the same time) about policemen on the beat doing their night rounds in those same districts (or anywhere else for that matter), and about factory workers doing their night shifts to boot.
The title with “the” prepares us for a character or characters; without it, the expectation is that the articless entity named is used to present situations or conditions the entity experiences.
In titles, “the” is a powerful means to accuracy. Try dropping “the” in “The Godfather.” What would it possibly mean? Perhaps something like “That’s what being a godfather is all about”? Pretty lame, don’t you think?
