“Cordial” implies a liquid filling in a chocolate shell. Without a liquid inside, it could be “chocolate cherries,” but that would look.. hmm…fairly run-of-the-mill-ish on a menu. But if you are brave enough to experiment…
(Too?) ordinary “chocolate raisins” (chocolate-covered raisins) are also known as “Raisinets.” Just coin your own “Cherrinets.” They should elicit what’s-that?-questions from your patrons. I would be brave if I were you.
