Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the terrible service og your hotel, when I stayed there two weeks ago.
Firstly, a taxi from your hotel should be at the airport at 11 a.m, but was at 12 a.m, and I had to waiting for hour!!!
Secondly, I booked accomodation in a double- room, but I got a single- room.
I made no mention of my order. I ordered a breakfast at 7 a.m, but it was delivered only just at 8:30 a.m.
In addition, the staff were most unhelpful. One member of waitress, who spilt orange juice on my suit.
As you can imagine, I was extremely upset and angry about the whole experience. It is the least luxurious hotel I have ever been, so I expect a refund for my accomodation and an apology from the service of this hotel.
