Surfing the Internet, I came upon the expression 'check yourself for your own shit', which I find to be very interesting but unfortunately I really do not know what it might mean. I'd be delighted if someone could explain its meaning to me. :>

I don't think so. However, in my opinion the second sentence sounds much better than the first one. ;p
