Pytanie w kwestii conditionali

Witam,
mam wielką prośbę; czy mógłby ktoś pomóc w poprawnym złożeniu nastepującego zdania:

I'll be thankful if you sent me this documents, so I [???mógłbym przekazać je dalej???].

Wydaje mi się, że w pierwszej części zdania nic nie namieszałem, i conditional jest dobry, ale nie wiem jaka powinna być forma drugiej części zdania, tej po przecinku...

I'd be thankful / grateful if you sent me these documents so that I could pass them on.

jeszcze bardziej uprzejme jest:
I'd be thankful / grateful if you would send me these documents so that I could pass them on.

No. it isn't.

It's a purpose clause, so whether you choose so or so that is stylistic preference.

I don't know whether stylistics has got anything to do with that; all I know is it's okay to say 'so that', or just 'so'.
