Czy mógłby mi ktoś wytłumaczyć różnicę pomiędzy słowem other/others?
Np. w zdaniu:
Among ....... items sold over the three-day auction there was a letter left in a bottle at the bottom of the river.
nalezy wstawic other czy others?

'other' stosujesz z rzeczownikami w l.mn. jako przymiotnik:
Other people couldn't resist the idea.

'others' to juz jest zaimek w l.mn., tak wiec nie wymaga uzycia innego rzeczownika:
Others could resist it.
