I suppose nothing is wrong with it - just a different way to say it.

I was referring more to the use of BY instead of WITH (hence the capitalization). As far as I\'m concerned WITH CC is used more often (in everyday language) than BY CC - but then again - probably google (and 20 other people here) will say otherwise...and they may even be right....
