How to rewrite this senstence in the correct way?

Witam,
Mam takie zdanie i jak można je zapisać inaczej zachowując sens wcześniejszego.
Trzeba zastosować słowo "borrowing" i nie można go zmienic;]

"I'll lend you the money if you promise to pay it back" he said to me.

He agreed .............. to pay it back. (borrowing)

Moje formy zdania:
1. He agreed to borrow me the money if I promise to pay it back.
2. He agreed with borrowing me the money on condition that you promise to pay it back.

Co o tym myślicie?

borrow = pożyczyć od kogoś - Twoje propozycje nie mają sensu.
ponieważ on się zgodził, żeby ktoś inny (ja) coś zrobił, to trzeba napisać tak
He agreed to my borrowing the money

podobnie jak np.
The teacher did not agree to our leaving the class earlier.
