I think I'd rather translate "oczekiwane wynagrodzenie" as "expected salary" or "expected compensation." Better yet would be 'DESIRED compensation" or "desired salary." Use "expected compensation" if the position/job carries additional benefits, e.g., health benefits, vacation time, etc. "Financial expectations" are used more often to describe other financial endeavors.
