Technical Support Advisor

Main Responsibilities:
• Contact with customers by phone
• Answering calls and solving issues
• Be advisor and support for clients
• Making analysis and giving the customer the right answer
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar position is welcome
• Basic technical knowledge and skills
• Good comunication skills
• Excelent German and English language skills
• Client services orientated
• Flexible and team Player
• Willing to move to Netherland
