Computer question.

To all techies out there. Where and how do you change settings in the computer, so that a new sentence always begins with a capital letter by default. I am not talking in terms of MS Word or Office but about writing here in forum or blogs etc.

Not at all. I figured, within the same settings there will be one to adjust the font which I would also like to do:)
