Goulash soup
Ingredients for 6 portion:
500g beef
1 can tomato
1 glass of red wine
1000 ml beef-tea
4 onions
2 peppers (yellow or red)
100g sauerkraut
2 table spoon of oil
salt & pepper
cumin
sweet pepper
Method:
1.In a jug heat the oil, throw the slices of meat and the chopped onion into. Add the salt and the pepper.
2.Bullion pour into the jug with tomatos and wine, boil, and then braise for 20 minutes.
3.Chop the pepper and the sauerkraut, boil for 15 minutes.
4.Season with the cumin, the sweet pepper, the salt and the pepper.
Advise:
Goulash soup is served hot with white bread and red wine Kadarka. In restaurants usually is served in small kettle what reminds about origin of this cousin.
