a few months ago i went to restaurant with my family. Service was vry professional. Spoke in many language and had many customers. when we choose what we want to order. approaching recognize as an English family and began to speak in Englishwhat was very funy. I ordered a medium steak. we didn't have to wait very long time for food. i got what i wanted and i tried tgis. this was horrible. steak was burnt on one page. I asked the waitress and i told her " this is the first time i've had a problem with your service, this steak is to baked". the waitress brought me a few minutes later my new steak and she apologized to me on this. when we paid our bill all the time apologized . in compensation gave me free juice. We left the restaurant satisfied and replete, as always.
