I am writting to express my disappointment at quality of computer which I bought in your shop about two weeks ago.
The computer has not been working well for four days. He jams very often and I have to reset him.
I am unsatisfied because I cannot work on it.
My friend tryed to repair him . He scanned whole hard drive but he did not find viruses or errors. He said that he do not know what is wrong with it and he is not able to repair it.
It would be nice if some employee will come to me and check the computer. In my opinion service should be free because the computer is on guarantee.
