Letter of complaint

Temat przeniesiony do archwium.
Prosiłabym o sprawdzenie poprawności tegoż listu ;) W pisaniu mam spore zaległości a sama nie umiem wyłapać błędów.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disapproval concerning the problems with my latest flight from Cracow to London. The flight was short but full of things that I was not happy about.

The first problem includes a shortage of sandwiches and alcoholic drinks. I felt underwhelming about this inconvenience. Company should care about comfort of their passengers. What is more, flight attendants seemed to be rude and ill-mannered. They was not smiling at all. The next difficulty is connected with a broken seat regulation. I have problems with my spin and I must change the position of sitting, but I was not able to do it. The last thing affect dirty windows. It was such a sunny day and I could not look over views because of marks on the pane.

I fell that I am entitled to compensation or at least a formal apology. I trust this matter will receive your immediate attention.

I fell that I am[czas przeszły] entitled to compensation or at least a formal apology[ogólnie lepiej: I feel that I am entitled to compensation for the uncomfortable flight]. I trust this matter will receive your immediate attention.
