Podział zdań tekstu na stronę CZYNNĄ i BIERNĄ

Mam problem z podziałem zdań tekstu artykułu naukowego na stronę czynną (SC) i bierną (SB).
Proszę o pomoc.

The waste material is carried to the top of the hopper by a conveyor belt. (SC)
Then it is poured into the hopper, where it sinks down towards the cutter.
The material moves between a roller and cutter, where it is cut into very small pieces, ant the volume is reduced.
Now the waste is sprayed and sterilised. (SC)
It moves down through a cylinder and falls into a rotating kill tank. Here the waste mixes with the sterilising fluid and gases escape (SB). The gases pass through a filter which cleans then. Finally, the sterilised material is removed from the kill tank and taken to a recycling plant.

Domyślam się, że nie każde zdania da się przebić na stronę bierną , czy odwrotnie.
Ogólna idea zamiana na stronę bierną jest zrozumiała: be+verb w III formie.

Myślę, że takich odpowiedzi na forum nie powinno się udzielać. Już dziękuję za pomoc.
