I am writing in order to complain about the poor service I received in your restaurant and persistent lack of response to my earlier complains.
My friend and I came to your restaurant last Sunday. I had booked a table for two persons before, but when we arrived the waiter did not know about the reservation. After waiting almost two hours, we finally got a table, but the tablecloth was dirty. I asked the waiter to change it, but I was told it was not his duty. I would also like to draw your attention to the incompetence of the service because the waiter was not able to tell us anything about the “Entrecôte du Sièclea” – the dish, which
he recommended to my partner. The main thing which I cannot accept is that, there was a fly In my soup - it was disgusting. After that we decided to leave the restaurant.
I suggest you provide your staff with proper training to avoid disappointment of your customers in future. Moreover, you should
care about the conditions in which meals are prepared. I also think that it would be better to employ more waiters to speed up the customer service.
I am sure you will understand, that those problems were a major inconvenience for me and for my friend. I hope you will give this matter your urgent attention. Also, I believe I can expect an apology and a refund for a poor service I received. I trust, that the situation in the restaurant will improve soon.
