zwracam się z gorącą prośbą o sprawdzenie poniższego tekstu zwłaszcza czy został zastosowany dobry czas bo z tym miałam największy problem...Z góry bardzo dziękuje!

Dear Mr Tom and Mr John!



I am writing with regard to conference. My name is XYZ and I will be yours guardian at the time of the visit. This e-mail applies to discuss the details.

On Friday I pick up Mr John from the airport at 10:30 then we go shopping after that we go to the airport to pick up Mr Tom and we go sightseeing the city. I will show You the most interesting places. Then We go to the hotel. Mr John you will stay in the room where you will be able to refresh out while I and Mr Tom go to see conference venue and facilities. Then we go to the hotel next with Mr John we go to the city. I will show you Mr Tom nightlife.
On Saturday morning ( before hour 9:30) with Tom we go to conference at the same time Mr John can you prepare for his presentation. At 11:00 I pick up Mr Tom from the conference and we go to try traditional cousine. Then I pick up Mr John from the hotel and we go to the conference. After presentation I and Mr John go pick up Mr Tom and we go to the airport.

Dlaczego w następnych paragrafach jest present simple? Spróbuj odpowiednio poprawić;)

Rozważałam Present Continous ,że chce przekazać te informację które dotyczą przyszłości ,że jest to pewnego rodzaju harmonogram. Bardzo dziękuje za wszelkie wskazówki.

Albo zastosowanie will... Kompletnie zagubiłam się w tym muszę przyznać stąd mój post

On Friday I (tutaj potrzeba modala) pick up 'Mr John' (popraw to, bo to mnie juz zaczyna k. razic na tym poziomie oczekujemy ze powinnas wiedziec jak sie zwracamy do ludzi) from the airport at 10:30 then we (modal) go shopping after that we go to the airport to pick up 'Mr Tom' (popraw) and we (modal) go sightseeing (brak slowa) the city. I will show 'You' (dlaczego to slowo jest napisane duza litera? Kto to tak uczy was w szkolach? To jest ZLE) the most interesting places. Then 'We' (mala litera) (modal) go to the hotel. After (przedimek) presentation I and Mr John (modal) go pick up Mr Tom and we (modal) go to the airport.

Prosze nie pisac slowa 'then....' to jest pisemny tekst i tego slowa nie uzywamy tak, jakby to byla rozmowa z kolezanka z podworka.
