With exercising in group we meet every day: on school, work, during playing sport. Work in group is very good way of working, but the best?
There are a numer of pros to exercising in groups. To begin with, the main benefit is that in group we work faster and more effective. Each member of the team has exactly described task which he must do. Usually tasks are assigned according to member's abilites. As a result he do this what he can do the best.
Secondly when we work in group we help each other. When one of members has a problem he can count on help from the others. Because each of members care about success. In group is easier to solve problems. Work in team teach us responsibilities. Everyone is in charge of success or defeat the group. Work in group may be very pleasant and we can make some frineds.
On the other hand work in group doesn't allow to develop our abilities and ideas. You can't do this what you want. You must be defered to the group leader. It's possible that your idea won't be adopted and you will must do this what you won't think as a good. What is more, work in group is connected with numerous quarrels.
All things considered, although there are a few cons to work in group, I believe that this is the best way of work. It's faster and more effective,
