1. Zamiast can't dałabym couldn't have sent- sytuacja dotyczy wyłącznie przeszłości. Sytuacja w nr 3 jest hipotetyczna, zakładamy że istnieje prawdobodobienstwo ze ktoś inny mogl wyslac tego maila.
3. Nie mógł wysłać i mail nie został wyslany.
