Napisałem list w którym mam się skarżyć na dozorce i prosze o sprawdzenie oraz porade jaki powinien być podpis pod takim listem

I am writing in order to complain about the caretaker. I am making a demand on behalf of room-mates for the administration of a housing cooperative changes of the caretaker who is not fulfilling his duties.

For first our caretaker does not want to clear a stairwell away and to mow a lawn. With the autumn of not a rake of leaves but the winter is not clearing pavements of snow. He is inventing different reasons for residents to pay him extra so that he does something for inhabitants.

What's more, he is irritating him when somebody is employing somebody else at renovation and repair works. He is trying to subordinate inhabitants to himself by the espionage and intimidating. He is never displaying the national flags into public holidays.

Finally, he always come for the rent for a few days too early. And when somebody is late with the payment of the rent is threatening with throwing away.

I hope around my request will be investigated positively. All occupants of the block hope that the board of directors of a housing cooperative will grant us the new and honest caretaker.

I am making 'a demand' (moze lepiej 'this request') on behalf of MY room-mates (and other residents) TO the administration section/department of a housing cooperative FOR changes of A caretaker who is not fulfilling his duties.
'For' (niepotrz) First our caretaker does not want to clear THE stairwell 'away' (niepotr) and to mow 'a' (THE) lawn. 'With the autumn' (chyba IN autumn he does not rake the leaves AND in winter) 'of not a rake of leaves but the winter' HE DOES NOT clear 'pavements of snow' (snow from the pavements). He 'is inventing' (simple past 'invents') different reasons for THE residents to pay him extra (money?) so that he does something for 'inhabitants' (wystarczy 'them').
What's more, he is 'irritating' (irritated) 'him-niepotrz) when somebody 'is'(niepotr) (EMPLOYS) somebody else TO DO renovation and ANY repair works. He is trying to subordinate THE 'inhabitants' (moze lepiej residents) to himself by the espionage and 'intimidating' (intimidation). He 'is' (niepotr) never displayS the national flag ON public holidays.
Finally, he always comeS for the rent 'for'(niepotr) a few days too early. And
when somebody is late with the payment of the rent HE threatenS THEM with
'throwing away' (lepiej removal).
I hope THAT MY request will be investigated positively. All occupants/residents of the block hope that the Board of Directors of OUR housing cooperative will 'grant us' (mozna give us/employs a) the new and honest caretaker.
