Bardzo proszę o pomoc, jeśli ktoś może poświęcić mi chwile czasu. Napisałam esej na angielski,ale byłabym wdzięczna gdyby ktoś zechciał go sprawdzić zanim go oddam. Pozdrawiam.



Nowadays, it is difficult to eat a healthy diet. (Do you agree with this?)

In today's world we live in continuous hasten and think rarely if we eat healthy food. Most of the time we are accustommed to fast food and ready-made meals trom supermarket. People forget about harmful influence it on their body. Fast foods, snacks, desserts and baverages are the main reason of overweight. One of ways to lose weight and to look good is to limit protein and fats. Dieting is an ideal opportunity to adopt good eatinh habits, but a diet must be well-balanced.
Unfortunately it is difficult to keep a healthy diet. You have around many food products, which pull back from healthy food. For example in supermarket at checkout you don't have fruits, but bars and other candies. Mostly, it seems that everything unhealthy products are tastier. Children love eating crisps and drinking fizzy drinks such as coca-cola. In addition in today fast-moving world parents often don't have time to alone cooking and children are malnourished. What is more as sometimes we don't want to cook , we decide to order a pizza instead. Furthermore many people forget about eating three meals at regular intervals digest food properly.
On the other hand eating a healthy diet mainly depends on our motivation and willpower. Healthy products must not be expensive. In media it is said a lot as prepare healthy meals. A good idea is to make a list of the highest-calorie items, for instance sugar, sweets or alcohol, and try to avoid them and instead eat more low-calorie food as vegetables and fruits. Moreover we sholud remember that healthy diet is connected with an active lifestyle.
In conclusion it seems that healthy dieat is very important, but obey it's very hard
