I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the operation of the Consumer Service Department.
Last month I ordered 10 copies of “Life In Modern Britain” for my school library but unfortunately I received 10 copies of “Life In Modern America”.
I am sure that in my order I used the right catalogue number of the book so your mistake is unacceptable.
Furthermore, I have tried to call the Consumer Service Department many times and always I had not an opportunity to talk to an consultant because you never answered the phone.
I would therefore be grateful if you could send me again 10 copies of “Life In Modern Britain”.

Offshoring-advantages and risks.
Nowadays, many companies relocate business processes from one country to another. The practice described above it’s offshoring. Offshoring has as many advantages as drawbacks.
On the one hand offshoring gives opportunity to avoid paying high taxes. The main advantage is also cheaper workforce and more profitable law in another country.
On the other hand opponents of offshoring present other aspects of the practice. Offshoring often hast to face culture barriers for example misunderstanding.
Furthermore, sending production overseas is connected with poor customer service caused by losing of control.
In conclusion, offshoring can be good solution of cost cutting but if only managers overcome all culture problems.
