D: yes, of course. I`m writing now. I prescribe pain killer yet.

napisz: masz zlamana (broken) kosc w srodstopiu (THE instep, bo jedno jest srodstopie w stopie)

ja raczej zachowalbym jakis zwiazek z obrzeknieta noga z jej przyczyna:

poprzednie zdanie jest w Simple Past, stąd nie zmieniałbym czasu, ale dodał now po swelling.
