My favourite film is „Black Hawk Down”. This film based on an actual event.
It tell about US Army military operation in Mogadishu in 1993. Elite division must kidnap two Somalian rebellious chefs. Simple action, It can be endure 30 minutes, but something is wrong. Two US helicopters called Black Hawk was shot and down. It is beginning of operation problems, because on the opposite of US Army is good armed Somalian crowd, who is defense their territory fend strange intervention.
It is a film produced by Ridley Scott who produced many good films, for example: “Alien”, “Gladiator”, “Kingdom of Heaven”.
In this film play many famous actors, for example: Ewan McGregor who play Obi-Wan Kenobi in “Star Wars” or Orlando Bloom who play in “Pirates from Caribbean”.
In “Black Hawk Down” is much blood, so It is not a film for everyone. It is a film for resistant spectators.
I think “Black Hawk Down” is good film but not everyone like this kind of films. It is a film for fans military productions. Film presents violence of war, present also attachment of soldiers on battlefield. It is a film witch I can recommend.
