I am writing with regard to your advertisement which appeared in the Times of May 22nd. I am interested in purchasing a mobile phone and would be very grateful if you could supply me with following information.
First of all, I would like to know wich special discounts you propose off-peak. How much it would be cheaper than phone call during peak hours?
Secondly, your adverts states that phone has a lot of extras. What exactly does that mean and what extras is the advertisement speaking about?
Thirdly, I would like to know how much would cost to send picture messages. Would I be able to send picture messages for all mobile phones?
Finally, the advert claims that mobile phone is easy to use. Could you tell me which languages mobile phone operating?
