In night from 4 on 5 November Fawkes was found from 36 powder kegs in undergrounds of Parliament. The later investigation disclosed (lasting 2 years) conspiracy of small English Catholics' group. The plan founded in moment of otwarcia of Parliament detonation of load under House ofLords' and accumulated the putting to death the same, by king, in her representatives of szlachty, bishops as well as the members of Room the Populace. Fawkes was not in creature the author of plan - Percy were in conspiracy key figures Thomas and Robert Catesby. After 2 months of process the perpetrators - in number eight - were sentenced on death by hanging and quartering. Execution of four of them took place 30 January 1606, remaining - in this Fawkesa - next day.
