This year the Lamda agency had catastrophic result. The past six months expecially was the worst perdiod in it's history. The founder, John Lamda opened the agency's first office in 1968 in Madison Avenue with his brother Mark. John has deal with the clients and Mark has work on the creative side. The number of employees have increase to 5,000 ten years ago, working in 25 offices worldwide. John Lamda takes up the story 'One day Mark and I had a big argument about a client and he left the agency. He has took a lot of clients with him. We haven't speak to each other since.
The Lamda Agency have go downhill ever since. Employee numbers have fall to around 50 today. Over the last years, John closed all the offices except the once in New York.
As John Lamda freely admitted when I spoke to him yesterday 'Mark's new agency have done very well over the last ten years. He has run some brillant camapins. He's doing so well. I have regret our argument ever since that terrible day ten years ago'

Tu wszędzie masz czasownik główny (deal, took itd.) albo w czasie teraźniejszym albo przeszłym, a powinna być 3. forma czasownika (past participle).

A quick message to say that (our) campaign has started very well. The idea of putting ads into business magazines read by a men in their 50s was excellent. A lot of our customers are nostalgic for ZG models of the forty years ago, and now they have the money to buy one ! We now need to look more closely at the potential market among younger men. This is (some) one of many points we should discuss at our first review meeting a next week, (I think)
