What qulaities should an ideal teacher have ?

Teacher is a person usually professional learn somebody, lecture some subject in school.
Good teacher is a born teacher, with cut out for teaching. In my opinion should has a good grip of his subject, should coriously lead lessons. In order students won't be boring. An ideal teacher should motivate and stimulate students to work and set high standards. He should also put things across very well and then he gets really good teaching results. Anyone teachers struggle on lessons with insubordinate students. In this situation should be even-tempered and patient. If teacher is just and understanding he will never lose respect his students. I think that ideal teacher is a person who have a great talent for teaching and he is a good lecturer. The good teacher has not only real knowledge which he can absorbingly pass, but he is also a kindly man, interested in youth's problems.
I think that ideal teacher should be demanding because a lenient techer is a poor teacher.
