Proszę o sprawdzenie tego tekstu. Mam napisać zadanie o swojej wizycie u lekarza w czasie przeszłym. nie jestem dobra z anglika ale spróbowałam sama napisać i nie wiem czy dobrze jest.

Three days ago I went to a doctor. I was felt very bad. I had a temperature and shivers. I had got a headache. The doctor asked me "How long have you been feeling this way?" He examined me and said ( nie wiem jak jest być przeziębionym). The doctor given me a prescription. I must taken antibiotic three times a day before meals. I thanks him very much and went to home.

I was 'felt' FEELING very bad.
I had 'got' (niepotr) a headache.
He examined me and said (nie wiem jak jest być przeziębionym- that I had a cold/flu). The doctor 'given' GAVE me a prescription. I must 'taken' TAKE AN antibiotic three times a day before meals.
I 'thanks' THANKED him very much and went 'to' (niepotr) home.
