Last year during my trip to the United Kingdom I had a unique chance to spend several amazing days on the beautiful Harris Island in Scotland. I fell in love in this picturesque place at first sight. Soon its wide, sandy beach became my favourite place to relax and get away from the tiring reality. Given that I'm not very sentimental person it used to get/make me over sensitive. I could sit endlessly at admirable sea shore and last at rest for the long hours looking straight ahead. If there was a bigger influx, I used to change/I was changing my observation point on nearby, high mountain from where imposing view on all bay extended. It was so marvellous that it took my breath away. I used to stand very close to the edge of it, pulling my arms out as far as it's possible and breathe in slowly. Obviously I won't ever forget magical sunset when all sky was in disguise of redness and orange. In the evenings the beach was completely deserted. Sporadically, I could see a little dot/spot who was a strolling loner or a couple who were holding their hands together and heading for unknown direction. Ubiquitous silence was interrupted by enormous waves which rolled in and broke on the splendid shore. The wind which was blowing stronly, winnowed my hair. Birds' fly harmonised with the perfect background. It all made me think not only about past, present and the future but mainly about world's beauty and that every single person should have a chance to expand his horizons. Not literally of course.. :)
