Recipe for Scrambled eggs with sausages and onion
Ingredients:
2, 3 or more eggs
50 grams of butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
Two heads of onions
1 or more sausages
about 10 – 25 ml of milk
You can also add some tomatoes or other ingredients.
Peel the onions and chop it.
Next take sausage and chop it, too.
Prepare frying pan and dissolve the butter on the small fire.
Next throw there chopped onions and sausages. Fry it for about 8 – 12 minutes until, next beat eggs and throw them into the frying pan.
Add prepared salt, pepper and milk and fry for about 3-5 minutes.
