Future continuous/future simple

Hi again tell me what is difference between these sentences:
I will speak.
I will be speaking.

I studied future simple and future continuous on thie page and I cannot see clear differences in these tenses

Moim zdaniem, w zakładce gramatyka jest dosyć wyczerpujące wytłumaczenie. Poza tym, jest dużo na ten temat w necie;)
