jak przetłumaczyć?

Witam serdecznie:) Mam dużą prosbę. Proszę o pomoc w przetłumaczeniu poniższych tytułów, bo nie wiem jak się za to zabrać:( BArdzo dziękuję za pomoc.

The word "bill" is wrong as it means projekt ustawy. Try to avoid long sequences that contain many of's. Last but not least, find out about the difference between the words "right" and "law".

the phrase 'Act of ... Energy Law' is not immeidately clear. I'd place the words Energy Law in quotation marks to indicate that the act has a title. The other wording makes it more intelligible in my opinion.
