I am writing to complain about the photocopy, which I made on Friday 22th February.
Copies was made by your worker - David Sulemann.
I inform You with regret (Informuję Cię z przykrością) that I am not glad for work your employe and duplicates. I am student and copies from this book was very significant and necessary in farther science (był mi potrzebny w dalszej nauce). I could not copy it again, because I must give back book to library. Additionally your worker was impolite towards me. He argue and did not allow for complaint. My copies are in bad state, type is invisible (czcionka jest niewidoczna) and page's order is incorrect. (kolejność stron jest nieprawidłowa).
I must ask you to refund cost of copies (Muszę cię prosić o zwrot kosztów ksera), because it is fatal quality. I am not content for your service.
I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
