Bo jezeli jest to co, co robilo wiele osob przed Toba, to lepiej brzmi czas terazniejszy. Mozesz tez uzyc czasu przyszlego, wlasciwie czemu nie.

"Consist in" means have as its main characteristic.
"Involve" means require.
"Entail" means necessitate or reqiuire.
How about "is (all) about"?

perhaps too informal when writing to a prospective employer. It may also be interpreted as indicating ignorance - what if she's going to be an au pair? 'What is this job all about?' might provoke a response along the lines of 'Well, I thought you knew you'd be taking care of my child'.
