Your answer is pretty good, enough competent. "Buzzing with" means to be stimulated or even overstimulated by something e.g. energii.
buzzing like a little bee...
;)
yes Terri, ur right. You could use "buzz" as uniwersal sound to suggest the source of noise e.g. bee, alarm, murmur .
I was concerned about slang meaning.
In other informal meaning. I should buzz off (leave quickly) and concentrate on my proper job.

Yours is not.
...competent enough. "Enough competent" is not competent at all.
"Buzzing with" means "being excited" or "being active."

..use "buzz" as A universal sound (what the heck is "universal sound?")to suggest A source of noise, e.g....

Your articles are not "enough competent."
Fact "enough competent" is wrong, " competent enough" is the proper phrase. You are more competent. Thank you for remind me.
what the heck is "universal sound?"

You are very accurate person. You had good reason to emphasize your annoyance.
This is good example of a colloquial expression used incorrectly in informal speech. I hope my explanation wnb next can of worms.

Don’t take it as an ad hominem attack but you produce quite a solecistic if not pidginized form of English, I’m sorry to say. Your perception of linguistic competency is in a faulty concord with its very notion if you dare say you have any at all. This alone should disqualify you from giving any advice on English and obviates the need for any further analysis in this regard to someone “enough competent”.
