Bardzo proszę o sprawdzenie poprawności tych 2 zdań:

I know the principles of teamwork, I can create teams, to lead and motivate staff to achieve its objectives. I can also try to make decisions within the assigned tasks.

I know the principles of teamwork, I can create teams, to lead and motivate staff to achieve 'its' (ale 'staff' to l. mn- popraw) objectives.
I can also 'try' (to slowo jest niepotr, bo wyglada tak jakbys probowal ale nie mial na tyle odwagi) to make decisions within the assigned tasks.

Czyli poprawnie powinno brzmieć następująco:

I know the principles of teamwork, I can create teams, to lead and motivate staff to achieve their objectives.
I can also make decisions within the assigned tasks.

Czy tak? Czy można pominąć "I" po "I know the principles of teamwork"?
Byłoby wówczas : "I know the principles of teamwork, can create teams..."

można i bez "to" przed lead
