Choice of new English teacher
Terms of Reference
Superintendent Ms Katarzyna Trocka, has asked me to write a report as soon as possible on one-month trial of the new English teachers and my suggestion on better candidate to the position of English teacher.
Proceedings
I analysed my notes about Jacek Krzewski and Jarosław Jagielski after a one-month trial. I made this notes after inspection their lessons and conversation with other teachers.
Findings
1. Both candidates:
- were recommendation by the Labour Office;
- started work on 1st September under my supervision;
- were punctual;
- worked at 8 to 3 pm;
- were willing to work after hours;
- were well-dressed;
- were liked by other teachers;
- were very well educated;
2. Jacek Krzewski:
- is 18 months older than Jarosław Jagielski;
- is a talkative men;
- is a bit nervous men;
3. Jarosław Jagielski:
- is a reserved men;
- had been living in the United Kingdom for 3 years.
Conclusions
In general Jacek Krzewski and Jarosław Jagielski are good teachers. Both are smart, elegant and responsible young men. Jacek Krzewski is a nervous men. Jarosław Jagielski is composed and he has a large experience.
Recommendations
I recommend that we should employ Jarosław Jagielski because he is level-headed and he has a large experience.
