Mam dwa takie zdania: "He should have been honest with Berger long before now. He should have explained everything to her almost half a year ago."


Możecie mi wytłumaczyć w jakim czasie są one napisane?
Nie rozumiem dlaczego dla 'he' użyto 'have'. Czy to jest jakaś KONKRETNA konstrukcja?

Because they talk about past events that did not occur /but should HAVE - past form of should/
