to find vs to be found

Jaka jest różnica w zdaniu np. There is love to find albo There is love to be found?

lub

There is nothing to do albo there is nothing to be done?

active vs. passive
In active sentences, the thing doing the action is the subject.
In passive sentences, the thing receiving the action is the subject. /i jest nacisk na "to be found"/

There is nothing to do - może znaczyć nie ma nic do roboty (nuda)
there is nothing to be done - (już) nic nie można zrobić, nic się nie poradzi.

W pierwszym przykładzie nie czuję różnicy. Ale np. 'There is dinner to cook, laundry to wash and put away, a house to sweep, and a yard to tackle' - to znaczy, że to właśnie trzeba zrobić.

miałem tu podobny wątek i generalnie wyszło w nim ze obie wersje są stosowane, ale poprawniejsza jest ta z pasywna.
