Graco paint pump with a capacity of 11.4 l / min allows to use larger sizes of spray nozzles which causes faster work progress. Main advantage of this striping is clear and transparent controller- programmer of all types of line; it allows to quickly change the painting line without changing guns. Advantage of the programmer is also the possibility to load data to a computer, such as: material usage, the length of the painted lines and a total length of distance traveled at work. This device is equipped with five automatic paint guns and five automatic guns to sprinkle of microball , it allows to paint all types of lines without changing the spray nozzle. In addition is mounted integrated gun 2in1 for painting and simultaneous sprinkle of microball intended for hand painting various, templating elements such as: places for disabled or marking bike path. Guns are equipped with professional Graco paint nozzle sets, which are designed to create clear, sharp lines without jagged edges.
An important advantages of the Striper II are high-capacity paint tanks with a total capacity of 145 l and tank for microball , which will accommodate 60 kg of material, so that we can
keep the continuity of work without frequent downtime for refilling tanks. This device has also a function of sliding and operating pulpit with seat, which makes painting of edge lines easier.
Powerful, warning LED lighting in the form of cocks and two-sided arrow warning makes the device is seen from far distances, which increases worker safety.
Also, this striper has working lights in the form of two dipped-beam headlamps, rear lights and working lights directed at the guns, which allows for carrying out the work at night.
An additional option of equipment Striper II is mounting foot control or using the remote control, which allows for full operation of the device by one person.
The innovative solution such as attaching on the stepper motor ramp is possible to adjust the line without operator. Adjustment is also possible by mechanical lifting and lowering.
