According to American scientists the sex of a teacher have a huge significance for children and over time it changes. Most of people believe that men are better at teaching, because of their power of authority and impartiality. In the days of antiquity and medieval almost every teacher was man. However, women can reach out with kids way better than man, which provides that female teachers can also be highly-successful in teaching. Let’s look at advantages and disadvantages of teaching by women.
First of all, nurture is a naturally feminine trait, and children will feel more comfortable with a female teacher, particularly in the earlier stages of education, than with a man.
Owing to the fact that many women are viewed as having an innate maternal instinct. A lot of kids might even consider their teacher to be something of a mother figure. Secondly, women have proved themselves as a better teacher by teaching not only just to teach but to listen, preach, motivate, inspire, boost and encourage students. It has been widely observed that women teachers are more accountable for the all-around development of her taught. Moreover, women because of their love and care cannot afford to allow her students to make silly mistakes that she can actually help them with.

On the other hand, the grading given by women teachers in many cases get influenced by their friendship or their liking of the mother of the child. Furthermore, female teacher never goes beyond the text books to teach anything new whereas the male teacher bring new concepts in to the minds of students.
Also, their teaching methods are out-of-date, lessons are deprived of interesting examples and histories.
To sum up, it cannot be said that women make better teachers than men, because it depends on each individual not the sex as a whole. Men and woman are equally capable of being brilliant teachers and likable.
According to American scientists the sex of a teacher 'have' (to ma sie zgadzac z 'sex') a huge significance for children and 'over time it changes' (nie za bardzo zrozumiale o co chodzi). Most of (brak przedimka) people believe that men are better at teaching, because of their power of authority and impartiality. In the days of antiquity and medieval (tutaj brak slowa) almost every teacher was (przedimek) man. However, women can reach out 'with' (zle slowo) kids way better than (cos brak) man, which 'provides' (nie za bardzo trafne slowo) that female teachers can also be highly-successful in teaching. Let’s look at advantages and disadvantages of teaching by women.
First of all, nurture is a naturally feminine trait, and children will feel more comfortable with a female teacher, particularly in the earlier stages of education, than (dsaj tutaj pare slow) with a man.
.....Owing to the fact that many women are viewed as having an innate maternal instinct... (to nie jest zdaniem).
A lot of kids might even consider their teacher to be something of a mother figure. Secondly, women have proved themselves as 'a' (niepotr) better 'teacher' (to ma sie zgadzac z 'women' l. mn) 'by' (zle slowo) teaching not only just to teach but to listen, preach, motivate, inspire, boost and encourage students. It has been widely observed that women teachers are more accountable for the all-around development of 'her taught' (tego nie rozumiem). Moreover, women because of their love and care cannot afford to allow 'her' (ale to ma sie zgadzac z 'women' l. mn) students to make silly mistakes that 'she' ('she' odnosi sie do 'teachers'-l. mn ?) can actually help them with.

On the other hand, the grading given by women teachers in many cases 'get' (to ma sie zgadzac z 'grading) influenced by their friendship or their liking of the mother of the child. Furthermore, female teacher never goes beyond the text books to teach anything new whereas the male teacher 'bring' (tutaj 'teacher' to 3os.l.poj) new concepts in to the minds of (brak przedimka) students.
Also, 'their' (tutaj nie rozumiem, czy to odnosi sie do 'women' czy 'men') teaching methods are out-of-date, lessons are deprived of interesting examples and histories.
To sum up, it cannot be said that women make better teachers than men, because it depends on each individual not the 'sex' (uzyj slowo 'gender') as a whole. Men and woman are equally capable of being brilliant teachers 'and likable' (cos nie za bardzo rozumiem czego to sie trzyma).
