zastanawiam się, czy takie zdanie jest poprawne he did it too late, he should have had done it a few seconds earlier? a może wywalić to had albo jeszcze jakoś inaczej to ująć?

I jak powiedzieć, że ktoś jest niezdarny/ciapowaty, tylko tak żeby nikogo nie urazić? clumsy? loutish? butterfingered?
