My favourite singer is Englishman Robbie Williams. In my opinion he is the best and uniqe. His music always make me feel better. I spend a lot of time at translating his lyric, which are really interesting and wise.
My obsession started in July last year. I saw him on TV on the ‘Life8’ concert in London. He was there really amazing and I wanted to know to know something more about him and learn more his songs. The next two weeks I spent at listening to his songs and reading news and his biography.
Robbie has born in small town in Enland Stoke-on-Trent. He started his carieer in famous boysband of 90s: “Take That”. But he left it in 1995. His first solo album was called “Life thru a lens”. It was a very good beginning of his solo carieer, bacouse people enjoyed it very much. . He revolutionized the Europe by song “Angels” – fifth single from this album. I suppose that this song everyone knows. In 2005 “Angels" was voted best song of the last 25 years by BBC Radio listeners, and received a special award at the 25th Brit Awards ceremony.
His latest album “Intensive Care” has 12 really good tracks on it. I love all of them and it’s hard to me to choose one the best. But I think that I like “Advertising space” the most. It’s the letter from Robbie to Elvis Presley, Rob’s favourite singer ever.
Now, he plans a new world tour. He is going to visit Africa and lot of Europen countries. Unfortunately he won’t visit Poland....
