1. The subject of contract
1.1 The Orderer will deliver methanol to the Contractor for handling and storing in minimum guaranteed annual amount of 30 000 MT for 5 years, i.e. from July 2003 to July 2008.
1.1.1 The Contractor will establish a system for handling and storing methanol and will prepare it for the receipt of methanol till the 30th of June 2006 at the latest, producing, earlier, to the Orderer all necessary documents on planning permission and methanol handling and storing permission and he will provide a documentary proof of title to real property (an excerpt from the mortgage register)
1.2 The methanol will be called "the Product" in the contract content
1.3 The quality specification and The Product Data Sheet constitute Annex no. 1 and Annex no. 2 to this contract
2. The scope and service conditions
2.1 The disembarkation of the Product from ship into container
2.1.1 The Contractor will carry out the disembarkation of the Product from ship into container or directly into the railway cisterns, if necessary,
2.1.2 The Contractor will provide access in the SWSIL quay of Szczecin Harbour to the complete system for handling/storing the Product with total storing capacity of 6000 m3
The system will include all necessary technical equipment (among others, pumps, valves, pipelines, vapour extraction systems etc.) for the disembarkation of ships with loading capacity of ca 4000 MT in one delivery
2.1.3 The Contractor guarantees that ships 115 metres long at most, with max draught 6,5m and
unloading rate 300 MT/h at the outmost, and max absolute counterpressure 7 bars
will be allowed to enter the SWSIL quay
2.1.4 The ship deliveries will take place under the conditions laid down in "Delivery conditions", constituting Annex no. 3 to this contract
