nie rozumiem dlaczego "It seemed that she had her house pulled down" i kiedy chcemy powiedzieć zaczynając od "She seemed..." to mamy "She seemed to have her house pulled down". Dlaczego nie "She seemed to have had her house pulled down":/

w zdaniui wyjsciowym oba czasowniki sa w simple past. gdyby drugi byl w past eprfect had had... pulled down, to pojawilby sie bezokolicznik to have had.
