Sprawdzenie rozmówki

Temat przeniesiony do archwium.
Chciałabym bardzo prosić o sprawdzenie rozmówki. Jest to dla mnie bardzo ważne, bo jutro muszę ją przedstawić. Będę bardzo wdzięczna za pomoc.

Patient: Good morning

Patient: Everything has starter yesterday. I have felt worse, when I back school. About 3 o'clock was started headache. I had 39 degrees.
Doctor: So probably this is 'flu. Have you some other symptoms?
Patient: Yes, I catched a cold, I have cough and terrible sore throat.
Doctor: Ok, let's check this. Please pull off your blouse (...) Please breath deeply. OK, you can wear your blouse. Please open your mouth and tell “aaaa". Ohh, it is very reddening.
Patient: What's the matter wit me?
Doctor: Unfortunately, you have an angina.
Patient: Please just no injections!!!
Doctor: Don't worry; I make efforts to heal you without injections.
Patient: Great, at once I have felt better. Thanks!
Doctor: I prescribe you antibiotic and vitamins.
Patient: How many times and when I should take these medicines?
Doctor: Antibiotics take every six hours, and vitamins after every meal.
Patient: Can you give me something against a cold?
Doctor: I give you some drops. Please stay in a bed for five days and then com to me once again, please.
Patient: Can I pleas medical certificate from school?
Doctor: Yes, I give it for you. So this is all.
Patient: On next visit, should I make an arrangement in reception?
Doctor: Yes, please.
Patient: Thank you.
Doctor: Come back to heath very quicly.
Patient: See you next time
Doctor: Bye.

Patient: So... I don't feel well. I have a temperature and a headache.
Doctor: How long have you had the temperature?
Patient: Everything started yesterday. I felt unwell when I came back from school then I started having a really persistent headache about 3 o'clock.
Doctor: So probably this is a flu. Have you got any other symptoms?
Patient: Yes, I caught a cold, I have a cough and a terrible sore throat.
Doctor: Ok, let's take a look at your chest and throat. Please pull up/take off your blouse (...) Please breathe deeply. OK, you can pull down/put on your blouse. Please open your mouth and say “aahh". Ohh, your throat is infected.
Patient: What does it mean?
Doctor: Unfortunately, you've got an angina.
Patient: No injections please!!!
Doctor: Don't worry; They are not necessary.
Patient: Great, at once I have felt better. Thanks!
Doctor: I'll prescribe you an antibiotic and you should take vitamins as well.
Patient: How often should I take these medicines?
Doctor: Antibiotics take every six hours, and vitamins three times a day after meals.
Patient: Could you prescribe me also something for a cold?
Doctor: There is a wide variety cold and flu medications avaible over-the-counter in the chemist. Right, you ought to stay in a bed for five days and then come to see me again.
Patient: I see. Oh, I would forgotten...Can I get a medical certificate for school?
Doctor: Yes, I'll give it to you. That's it!
Patient: One more question! Should I make an appointment for the next visit in the reception?
Doctor: Please do.
Patient: Thank you so much. See you next time.
Doctor: Bye.
