Of course Luke had already explained what it means for Jesus to be the Son of God, as the one procreated by miracle (Luke 1:35). Luke had then called Jesus “the Lord Messiah” (2:11) and reported Elizabeth’s reference to Jesus as “my lord” (1:43), reminding us again of the great Psalm 110:1 (“my lord”) which acts as an umbrella text over the whole New Testament. Psalm 110:1 is the text from the Old Testament quoted in the New Testament more often than any other verse.
Jak oddalibyscie "umbrella text" w tym kontekscie?
