If you want to keep fit you must have a balanced diet.
You should eat many of fruit and vegatables every day, but you must check that they are fresh.
Drink one litre of fluids a day, but try to avoid drinking coca-cola, pepsi etc.
You can drink coffee, but not too much!
You shouldn’t eat junk food and lots of sweets.
You should also do lots of sport and take regular exercise.
You should get enought sleep (human should sleep about 8-10 hours).
And the most important, you can’t have any of bad habits. Smoking, drinking lots of alcohol and using of drugs is very harmful for your health.
